Job Title: Hygiene Operative

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (some flexibility available)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Hygiene Operative to join a busy factory based in Buckie. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment, starting on a temporary basis through our agency with the potential to become a permanent member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out scheduled cleaning of production areas and equipment

Ensuring all hygiene standards are maintained in line with company and food safety regulations

Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly

Completing hygiene records and documentation accurately

Supporting production teams in maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role within a factory or food production environment is desirable but not essential

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good timekeeping and reliability

Flexibility to adapt to business needs when required
