Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
• Process invoices and expenses using Xero accounting software
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support general bookkeeping and finance admin duties
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders as required
Requirements:
Essential
• Experience using Xero accounting software
• Confident handling invoices and expense processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous admin or finance support experience
Desirable
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Experience working in a small business environment
What’s on Offer:
Salary: £13.65 per hour
Working pattern: 2 days per week (8 hours total), 10am–2pm
