Before stepping into recruitment, I built my foundation in the fast-paced worlds of retail and hospitality. It was there that I discovered my passion for people, not just in providing great customer service, but in understanding individuals, their goals, and what makes them feel seen and supported. That spark led me to pursue a degree in Business Management with Human Resource Management in Edinburgh, and ultimately to Global Highland, where I’m now proud to be starting my career in recruitment.
As a Trainee Recruitment Specialist, I’ve already had the privilege of speaking with candidates from all walks of life, hearing their stories, understanding their circumstances, and helping them take that next step, whether it’s a long-term move or a temporary opportunity. There’s nothing quite like making that call to let someone know they’ve been chosen; it’s a moment that never gets old.
