Based at the Port of Nigg, I'm a Recruitment Manager for Global Highland (Energy).
Previous work experience/ Career path?
Having worked in the Medical Industry for many years, on moving to the Highlands 10 years ago I started working for Global Energy Group as a HR/Compliance advisor.
I have worked my way up through the company to my current role as Recruitment Manager for Global Highland (Energy). This involves supporting and develop the team and client base.
Why do you work in recruitment and what is one thing you love about your role?
It’s a role that’s always challenging and very fast paced, so no two days are the same and you never know what you are going to get across the desk that day.
It’s great to complete requests that you think are almost impossible with great teamwork.
What do you do in your spare time?
I don’t have much spare time, but do enjoy walking my dogs, and being outdoors.
