Accounts Administrator – Join a Growing Team in Inverness
Our Client is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their busy finance and operations department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, accuracy and being part of a supportive, growing team. They value proactive, reliable team members and are happy to support further training and professional development.
Responsibilities:
➡️ Process purchase and sales invoices, accrual journals and ad-hoc payments
➡️ Manage petty cash and credit control
➡️ Maintain supplier and customer databases
➡️ Handle timesheets, subcontractor invoices and records
➡️ Support training, health & safety and security applications
➡️ Organise staff holidays, stock control and office administration
What We’re Looking For:
➡️ Previous experience in accounts or administrative support
➡️ Bookkeeping skills
➡️ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word essential)
➡️ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
➡️ Enthusiasm for learning and developing your skills training and qualifications supported
➡️ A proactive, reliable and adaptable team player
