    Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General/Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our inn and lodges. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rural environment and possesses strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will be provided with a fully furnished 3-bed lodge as part of the employment package.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of the inn and lodges, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of hospitality and service.
    • Utilize housekeeping expertise to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Effectively communicate with staff, guests, and stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
    • Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Background in hospitality with a strong understanding of guest services.
    • Housekeeping experience to maintain high cleanliness standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a rural/nature environment.

    Benefits:
