🍳 Now Hiring: Chef – Adventure Location in the Scottish Highlands | £15.00 per hour
Global Highland is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in the stunning Scottish Highlands – a truly unique opportunity for a passionate and skilled Chef to join a dynamic team in one of Scotland’s most adventurous and scenic destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality meals following established recipes
Present dishes to a high standard in both taste and appearance
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation at all times
Collaborate with the team on menu planning and introduce new culinary ideas
Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper food rotation
Adhere to portion control and support cost-efficiency
Support, train and guide junior kitchen staff
Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
Keep up-to-date with food trends and techniques
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Creative flair with a passion for food innovation
Team player with great communication skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
💷 Rate of Pay: £15.00 per hour
📍 Location: Scottish Highlands
📆 Contract Type: Holiday cover - 2 weeks initially
