Location: Inverness Area

Pay Rate: £11.55 per hour (Time and a quarter for hours worked above 39 per week)

Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM
• Possibility of part-time hours if required

Contract: Ongoing, with potential to become temp-to-perm

Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our team in the Inverness area. This role involves working in a busy factory setting, where you will be a key part of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Work: Operate machinery, assemble products, and perform other tasks as required in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before they are dispatched.
• Physical Work: Handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving, and operating equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a production or factory setting is desirable but not essential.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to be punctual and dependable.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work full-time hours, with part-time hours available if required.
