We’re recruiting for a full time Finance Admin Temp to support an important project for a few weeks in Inverness. This temporary project role involves accurately moving financial data between systems and supporting the Finance Director in maintaining the integrity of key financial information.
This is a fully office based role working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm where attention to detail, accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities:
➡️Accurately transferring financial data between systems
➡️Validating and checking data to ensure accuracy
➡️ Maintaining clear and accurate records and documentation
➡️ Identifying and flagging discrepancies for review
➡️ Supporting the Finance Director with project-related tasks
➡️ Following defined processes and deadlines to ensure data integrity
What We’re Looking For:
➡️ Previous experience in finance, accounts or administrative support roles
➡️ Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
➡️ Proficiency in Excel; experience with finance/accounting systems is a plus
➡️ Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
➡️ Strong communication skills and the confidence to escalate issues when needed
➡️Reliable, proactive and comfortable working in an office-based project environment
